Jeselskis Brinkerhoff and Joseph, LLC is pleased to announce that Zach Lange has been promoted to Junior Partner, effective July 1, 2026. Zach is the first attorney in the firm’s history to hold the title.
Zach joined the firm in 2022 as a member of its small business and entrepreneurship team, where he has built a reputation for giving clients exactly what growing businesses need most: legal guidance that is thoughtful, creative, and sophisticated. Zach prioritizes big-picture thinking with clients when structuring deals, untangling contracts, and protecting what they’re building. He believes that to provide quality legal services, it is necessary to understand the business and people behind the client. Zach approaches each project with that in mind.
Before joining JBJ Legal, Zach served as Assistant County Attorney for Johnson County, Indiana. Prior to that, he practiced business transactions, real estate, municipal law, and intellectual property at a Fort Wayne firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is admitted to practice in Indiana and Ohio. Zach was named a 2026 Rising Star by Super Lawyers and was also selected for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s 2026 Bar Leader Series, which recognizes and develops emerging leaders in the local legal community.
The firm’s founding members say the new title reflects the value Zach has delivered to clients and the bigger role he’ll take on as JBJ Legal grows.
“Zach brings clients exactly the kind of creative, practical counsel we built this firm to provide,” Hannah Kaufman Joseph, co-founding member, added. “His promotion says as much about where JBJ Legal is headed as it does about Zach.”
